Refund & Cancellation Policy

Most programs include a 7-day trial period from the start date. If you decide the programme is not the right fit within this period, you may cancel and receive a full refund, no questions asked.

Cancellations made after the trial period but within the first 30 days are eligible for a 75% refund. Cancellations between 30-60 days are eligible for a 50% refund. After 60 days, no refund is applicable.

Enterprise training engagements are governed by the terms specified in the service agreement. Please refer to your contract for cancellation and refund terms specific to your engagement.

To request a cancellation, email us at help@nexaacademy.in with your registered name and batch details. Refunds are processed within 15 working days of approval and credited to the original payment method.
